Wednesday - Today's Light Bible (2yr journey through the Bible) 6:30pm - Study group reviews the daily Bible readings (each reading is takes about 15 minutes a day). The study group meets with Pastor Goldschmidt to review the previous weeks readings.                                              

Each reading contains "Get the Big Picture" section and a if time is short focus to decide what verses to focus on. 

Currently On: 1 King -  Adonijah Sets Himself Up as King - Yet another rebellion arises from inside King David's own household. Adonijah, one of David's sons and half-brother to Solomon conspires with Joab and Abiathar. Clued in by the prophet Nathan and Bathsheba, David arranges for Solomon's coronation. After David's death, Solomon follows David's last instructions and in doing so makes his throne more and more secure against the treachery and treason of several power-hungry rivals.

 If time is short, focus on   1 Kings 1:1-40.
